| Returning of an article |
Customers of Shoppartners have the right to exchange/return an article within 14 days after receiving the goods.
The customer will take care of the shipment costs for returning the goods. We will not take care of any costs when
we receive the returned goods. Goods only can returned in the original package and cannot be used or wearn.
If you want to exchange/return an article take care of the following steps:
1. Open the return form, fill in the form and sent it to our customer service.
2. Wait for an answer before sending the goods, in the answer you will see how to handle
3. After receiving the answer sent us the goods within 5 working days.

General conditions when exchanging/returning an article:
correspondence as always by email, it is your responsibility that we have the right email address.
the customer has to sent a return form within 14 days after we shipped the order.
the return form has to be right and correct.
when you return the goods they have to arrive within 14 working days after shipping, unless Shoppartners
did not answer your return form within 2 working days.
not well paid deliveries will be rejected.
exchanging an article is allowed just one time.
Shoppartners will refund the credit amount within 30 days after completing the return order.
Shippingcosts will not be refunded.
